A friendly and polite man, Aston tries his best to help out his fellow man and woman. •Dalmascan born.... the oldest of three to parents in Rabanastre. His homeland is something he longs for terribly. it has been seven years since he's last seen the sands of Dalmasca. He plans to make the trip home as soon as he can.

•Orphan... His parents died at a young age, and Aston wandered the streets of Rabanastre stealing and sneaking to get food for his kid sisters. He knows how to survive on the streets, even now.

•Hero Complex... Quick to "do the right thing," Aston loves to play the hero. He's a bleeding heart who can't turn away from someone in need.

•Refugee...Eorzea is a foreign land, free for the most part of imperial presence. Aston is not used to this, even after five years of residence here. For that matter, much of the culture is foreign and odd as well. Ul'dah is the closest to home, and where he spends the most time.

•Former Imperial Soldier... A conscript to feed his siblings. He was left for dead at the battle of Cartaneau five years ago. most of his talent as a warrior is owed to Imperial training. He tries to hide this past and rank of sergeant.

Elaine Renfred

His most trusted confidant and adopted little sister. Elaine has been by Aston's side for three years since she saved him from a cold death in Ishgard. A healer and voice of reason, they are almost always seen together.

Eliksni R'yleh

A fellow comrade in a failed Ishgardian mission with Elaine. He is the closest to a brother that Aston has ever had. Eliksni taught Aston much in the ways of protecting, rather than just attacking. He's the strong and silent type. He only time he really speaks is to tease Aston and Elaine or his partner, Linnea.

Linnea Dazkar

A talented bard, Aston first met Linnea on the steps of Ul'dah after hunting down Eliksni. The two are typically seen together, and she always lightens the mood.

Falliver Erront

A talented bookworm and a retainer of Aston's. Falliver spends most of his time learning various trades and rebuilding Ishgard. He manages Aston's accounts and gives generously to Elaine for healing his master.
